Around the year 1990 a film directed by Paul Naschy that would never be released in movie theaters and would go unnoticed through the filmography of the master of terror. Horror at the Wax Museum, name that receives the film, tells the story of some murders that occurred near the Madrid Wax Museum that seem to be committed by the figures themselves, who come to life at nightfall. Well, as if it were about this B-series movie, the characters of the Museum will have life this Holy Week (although they will not murder anyone).
Starting next week, as you walk through the corridors of this peculiar museum, in addition to finding the permanent exhibition, you will be able to come across “living” figures that will make the visit much more surprising and interactive. In the room dedicated to RenaissanceFor example, we will find the occasional character who, for the first time, will have a life of his own.
Other figures like the Doctor Ruffalo, Wild West parlor elixir vendorthey will also interact with the public and will be, in the words of the museum itself through networks, “a charlatan, a rogue, a salesman as charming as he is a liar.”
The Wax Horror Experience room
In November of last year, Alaska inaugurated a new room in the Wax Museum called Wax Horror Experience, where some of the best-known characters from the horror genre can be found. From Hannibal Lester to Jack the Ripper, passing through Pennywise the clown from the movie Itemgather in this terrifying room.
In Wax Horror Experience we will also find Leonardo de Fredesval, bloodthirsty executioner who appears in the cult film by Paul Naschy set in the rooms of the museum. Apparently since the recording was made film has not come back to life, but this Easter everything can change.
